Instagram users experienced service issues when trying to access both the desktop and mobile website on Friday afternoon, but it’s now back up and running.
According to DownDetector.com, Instagram first started service issues as early as 11:05 a.m. ET on Friday afternoon, but by 4:45 p.m., an onset of complaints started to bubble up on Twitter, with many not able to access the popular photo-sharing site at all. By 5:10 p.m. ET, the platforms appeared to be working again.
