Zsolt Várady, founder of the once very popular iWiW social networking website, has sued every single political party that was part of parliament since 1990 for breaching his constitutional rights, origo.hu reports.
He filed his report with the prosecution on October 10 with the reasoning that the parties have created a tax system that “makes it impossible” for him to maintain his company without “resorting to tax fraud or evasion.” The tax system violates the following constitutional rights according to Várady: the right to fair economic competition; the right to enterprise; the freedom of economic competition; and the right to work conditions that respect the individual’s health, security and dignity
