Yinon Weiss left the Army Special Forces in 2009 and found himself facing the difficult transition out of the military and into the private sector.

Unlike many professionals who go from high school, to college, to careers — building professional networks along the way — many service members find themselves adrift in a world of which they know very little.

“From a personal and spiritual point of view, it was very difficult,” Weiss said. “I came from the Army Special Forces that is a very mission-driven organization with a lot of camaraderie and esprit de corps.
