When Juliet Kosarzycki of Manitowoc signed up for SCORE counseling about six years ago, she was planning a startup business.
Like many entrepreneurs, she was big on ideas, but short on money. She decided early on that networking would be the basis of her marketing.
“My intention was to be more of a local business, and networking was a low-cost option,” Kosarzycki said. “I joined the Manitowoc chamber right away and became an active chamber ambassador. It gave me good exposure to the business community and great credibility.”
