PUNE: Homemaker Shruti Mehendale is unsure about posting pictures and videos of her six-month-old son Aarav online. “What if he doesn’t approve of them later?” she says.

While it sounds funny to hear about parents taking approval from their children before making their lives public, there are many who agree completely with Shruti.

In this age of 24X7 updates, there are some who would prefer to keep a part of their lives private. “It’s not really my life. Tomorrow when Aarav grows up, he might not be happy with the fact that I made his personal life a public entertainment show,” says Shruti.
