Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart may have only announced their split in June, but on Thursday, the choreographer took to Instagram to wish his ex well on her 45th birthday. “Happppppppy Birthday to the most Beautiful lil bear in the world!!!! May all your wishes come true!! @JLo,” Smart wrote alongside a photo of a cake shaped like a big pink bear. “Bear” is the nickname the two used for one another throughout their relationship.
